Wake the Fuck Up
I keep hearing people tell me, “Nobody wants socialism.”
Really?
Then explain why one of the fastest-growing organizations on the American left just published a platform that would fundamentally rewrite the United States government.
This isn’t a conspiracy theory.
This isn’t some random guy on TikTok.
These are their own published goals.
Let’s start with three that should make every American stop scrolling.
Number one: Abolish the United States Senate.
One of the two chambers of Congress. Gone.
Whether you’re Republican, Democrat, Independent, or Libertarian, that should concern you. The Senate exists to balance power between the states. If your solution to disagreement is eliminating one half of Congress, you’re not reforming government—you’re replacing it.
Number two: Replace the President and the Supreme Court with officials chosen by and subordinate to Congress.
Read that again.
No independently elected President.
No independent Supreme Court.
The executive and judiciary would answer to Congress instead of serving as separate, co-equal branches. That’s a fundamental rewrite of the constitutional system Americans have lived under for more than two centuries.
Number three: Government ownership of the largest corporations and essential industries.
If you think government is already too big, ask yourself whether you want Washington running even more of the economy.
Now ask yourself why hardly anyone in the media is talking about this.
Here’s what scares me.
It’s not that these ideas exist.
Every free country has fringe political movements.
What scares me is how many people vote without ever reading what activist organizations are actually advocating.
People call me dramatic.
Fine.
Read the platform yourself.
Don’t take my word for it.
Then ask yourself whether this sounds like the America you want your kids growing up in.
You don’t have to agree with me politically.
But you should know what’s being proposed before you dismiss people who raise concerns as “fearmongering.”
History doesn’t change all at once.
It changes because millions of ordinary people assume, “That could never happen here.”
Until one day it does.
Wake the fuck up.
Stop voting based on slogans.
Start reading platforms.
